These sessions are designed to hone in on current areas limiting performance expression, equipping athletes with practical tools to adapt, improve, and perform at their highest level—consistently and sustainably.

They say training is more fun with a friend! Tandem training is designed with the same attention to detail and focus as a 1-on-1 session, with the added benefit of competing with a friend. This session is designed to help each athlete bring out the best performance in each other, in a positive manner.

Why stop at 2 friends when you could bring a group of 3-6 together?! Small group training is not only fun, it also provides athletes with greater opportunities for a variety of game-based movement exposure, mental and reactionary stimulation, and decision making under pressure. Group sessions are designed to be engaging, fast-paced, and fun.

Oh we talking teams?! Team training provides athletes with more opportunities for individual and collective problem solving, effective communication, and camaraderie. Sessions are designed with team needs in mind, and are structured to develop efficient movement in game specific patterns.

Speed Club is a 60 min on-field speed and capacity session open to team sport athletes ages 14+.
Rotating weekly focus incorporating: linear and curvilinear speed, transitional speed, and deceleration into re-acceleration patterns. Blending game-based decision making strategies and competition to enhance physical and mental performance.
Sessions are currently capped at 20 athletes and are first come first serve.
